I thing nutrition is importing because it help you  to get beater  Strong and get more halt and by more
active.The foods that are  nutrition is sailed milk water fish,fruit and vegetables.The things that are not
nutrition is soda like Cheetos   hamburgers fast food ,and the most non nutrition  is candy and sugar
.that is   why you  don't it  food that is not nutrition for your self and your hart.
